Consent to Personal Data Processing
Consent
I give my consent to Yaroslav Thorenko, an individual (the Operator) to collect, process, store and use my personal data for the purposes described in this Consent and in the Privacy Policy. I understand that my consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw it at any time.
1. Personal data covered
Depending on the information I provide: - my name; - my telephone number or other contact (Telegram/WhatsApp); - the description of my request and the requested service; - my budget, if provided; - my company name, if provided; - country inferred from my IP address and country of my telephone number; - source page and UTM parameters; - information about this consent (date, time, document version).
2. Purposes of processing
- handling my request and contacting me; - providing the requested services; - entering into and performing a service agreement; - improving the quality and operation of the Services; - other specific purposes stated when consent is requested.
3. Processing operations
Depending on the purpose: collecting, recording, organising, storing, correcting, retrieving, using, transferring, blocking, deleting and destroying personal data.
4. International transfers
I understand that my personal data may be stored or accessed in different countries. Data of users located in the Republic of Kazakhstan is stored on a server in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a copy is transferred to a server in the European Union (Austria) to administer requests and operate the Services. Data of other users is stored on a server in the European Union (Austria). Because Telegram and WhatsApp are used and the administrator accesses the data remotely, my data may also be transferred across borders. The Operator takes reasonable measures to protect my data in such transfers and applies any additional safeguards that applicable law requires.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until I withdraw it. I may withdraw it at any time by sending a written notice to info@unicornsmarketing.com. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing my data and deletes it within 30 calendar days, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and understand what data is covered, why it is processed, that consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw it at any time. This consent is given electronically: ticking the checkbox or pressing the button when sending the form on the Site is equivalent to signing it.
